Refund & Return Policy
Because all of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reporting an Issue (14-Day Window)
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing justdifferent.clothes@gmail.com.
To submit a claim, please include:
Photos must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe or without clear photographic evidence will not be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase is not required.
All claims are subject to review and must be approved before any resolution is offered.
Resolution: Replacements First
If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible due to availability, production limitations, or fulfillment constraints. The decision to replace or refund is made at our discretion.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Color differences due to screen or monitor settings

Minor print placement variations inherent to print-on-demand production

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier

Sale items or gift cards

Custom products or limited-edition drops, which are final sale
Because items are made to order, physical returns are not accepted, and return shipping labels are not provided.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement only, unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are non-refundable. Shipping delays related to customs clearance or international transit are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved in place of a replacement, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
